Om the Night is back and better than ever

Year one of Om the Night was amazing, despite some rain and rogue paper lantern. We were blown away by the generosity of the 70+ people who showed up to the park in Long Sault and all of the support and positivity. You’ve inspired us to make this year’s event even better,  We have moved to a bigger and hopefully rain-proof location (with some shelter in the bandshell) at Lamoureux Park in Cornwall.  The event is also going to span six hours and offer a variety of different activities.

Gather together with us on Thursday August 18th to share in the positive vibes and energy that a summer evening, yoga, movement and community can create.

6pm – Family Essentrics with Heather Hughes of Renew

7pm – Dance with Amanda Marini-Rohde of Shifting Creations

8pm – Drumming Circle with Jody Marsolais of the Rythym Room

9pm – Gentle Yoga with Paula McDermid, owner of Love Yoga

10pm – Flow Yoga with Lissa Joanis, teacher at Love Yoga

11pm – Meditation Goddess Circle with Jaz Villemarie

All experience levels are welcome! Bring a yoga mat, reusable water bottle and snacks. Drop in to any or all of the events throughout the evening.

The classes will be run on a donation basis (give what you can) with proceeds going to Sexual Assault Support Services for Women.
